Discover the art of wine at our “Borghetti Giampiero Winery,” where the Valpolicella wines we offer are crafted.
Choose your experience, from smart tastings in the wine shop to those that include a guided winery tour and insights into Valpolicella’s winemaking methods. For tastings with freshly baked goods, you can add gourmet local charcuterie and cheese boards, to be enjoyed on the winery’s scenic stage or on the terraces, indoor rooms, or panoramic pergolas.
Evening wine tasting
The experience includes an explanation of Valpolicella’s winemaking methods and many other insights shared by our experts. The tasting of the exclusive Valpolicella Castrum wine collection is accompanied by delicious gourmet boards featuring local products and takes place in the cellars of Casa Fraccaroli, built in the 18th century, where our Wine Bar & Bistrò is now located. Evening tastings provide the perfect opportunity for a convivial moment and to discover the connection between our wines and the artistic and cultural heritage of Valpolicella.
Customized tastings or team-building experiences
The experience begins with a visit to the Giampiero Borghetti winery, where you will discover Valpolicella’s winemaking methods directly at the place of production.
Afterwards, you will taste our wines in one of Castrum’s exclusive spaces, selected according to the weather: the panoramic terrace, the winery stage, or the indoor room with views over Valpolicella.
