Valpolicella DOC Superiore “Giustizia” – Castrum

The theme of Justice has been universally celebrated by poets and writers and depicted by great artists, including Innocenzo Fraccaroli, who in 1867 chose this allegorical female figure to create an expressive, balanced, and realistic sculpture.

In the Castrum wine collection, the tribute to the sculptor and to Justice is embodied by the Valpolicella Classico DOC, an example of harmony and naturalness – a red wine produced exclusively in the Valpolicella wine-growing area.

Ruby red in color, it reveals on the nose delicate vinous aromas of red fruit with subtle hints of spice, and on the palate a light bitter aftertaste. It offers excellent freshness and acidity. Pairs perfectly with meat dishes and not-too-aged cheeses.
