Bioclimatic pergolas
The location of the CASTRUM is extremely privileged, as it stands at the top of the central hill of the valley. From its panoramic terrace of over 1,000 sqm, you can take in the entire Valpolicella Classica.

Lounge Meeting Room
A meeting room with natural light and an elegant business style. The offer is completed by a balcony with a wonderful view over the vineyards of Valpolicella.

Castello Room
In the 1700s, it was the icehouse and cellar of Casa Fraccaroli; today, these spaces are the heart of the Wine Bar.
Spacious, with a vaulted ceiling and surrounded by centuries-old stone, it is instantly recognizable for its medieval character. Ideal for both private and corporate events.

Private Room (Privè)
Created from the walls of Casa Fraccaroli, this room did not exist before the renovation works.
The natural light in this underground space is an unexpected surprise. The ideal setting for birthdays, surprise parties, intimate family moments, and business meetings.

Panoramic Terraces
The location of the CASTRUM is extremely privileged, as it stands atop the central hill of the valley. From its panoramic terrace of over 1,000 sqm, you can take in the entire Valpolicella Classica.

Panoramic Rooms
The two panoramic rooms are located in the central building of the estate. They can be accessed from the terrace or the reception, are interconnected, extremely bright, and feature high-speed Wi-Fi.
Large Room: 120 sqm
Up to 80 people for business events
Up to 120 people for private events: weddings, anniversaries, gala dinners, baptisms, etc.
Small Room: 60 sqm

Winery meeting room
In 1983, Paolo Borghetti built the current cellar, and in 2021 his son Giampiero had it renovated with a focus on art and elegance. The common thread of sculptor Fraccaroli’s works is reflected in the designs of the giant wall mosaics.
The wooden stage and large tasting table make the cellar a unique space for tastings, birthdays, anniversaries, family events, or business meetings.

Zona relax
Our Relax Area is designed for exclusive events, team building, and private parties for up to 30 people.
Castrum Wine Relais offers exclusive use of an area of approximately 1,000 sqm, set in an illuminated olive grove—perfect for moments of relaxation and socializing.
